It is SVGolf's goal to match each customer with the ideal program, instructor, location, and schedule. We offer great flexibility to our customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchase. Please see below our policies with regards to purchases, cancellations/transfers and refunds/credits.

Purchases

• Early Bird Registration discounts are only valid if the purchase is completed by the posted Early Bird deadline date.
• A camp must be purchased prior to the start of any SVGolf camp. No child will be allowed to attend the camp until the purchase is completed – no exceptions.

Cancellations / Transfers

• If a paid camp is cancelled by the buyer, a credit will be issued that can be used toward a future camp or other preferred lesson type (private, group).
• If a buyer wishes to transfer to a different camp week, they must contact SV Golf at least 1 week prior to the start of the originally requested camp date. SVGolf will process the transfer, subject to availability of the newly requested camp date.
• A camp credit can be transferred to another party pending prior approval from SVGolf. The transfer request must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the start of the originally selected camp start date.

Refunds / Credits

• Refunds for Camp purchases are available if requested at least 30 days before the originally requested camp start date. If a request is made after this period, the purchaser will receive a credit for a future camp or lesson type instead.
• Any camp credit issued by SVGolf must be used within 18 months of the issue date; otherwise, it will expire. Credits can be exchanged for other lesson types—including private or group lessons, clinics, Junior Academy, or any program offered by SVGolf—upon request.
• Prorated refunds will not be issued for partial attendance at a program session or missed days due to illness, dismissal, behavioral issues, or any other reason. A pro-rated credit will be considered for another camp or lesson type (private, group, junior lessons).
• Any non-refundable transaction fees paid by the Seller will be deducted from a refund issued to the Buyer.
