It is SVGolf's goal to match each customer with the ideal program, instructor, location, and schedule. We offer great flexibility to our customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchase. Please see below our policies with regards to purchases, cancellations/transfers and refunds/SV Bucks.

SV Bucks are dollars on your SVGolf account. You can spend them at checkout on any camp, lesson or program, and they do not expire.

Purchases

• Early Bird Registration discounts are only valid if the purchase is completed by the posted Early Bird deadline date.
• A camp must be purchased prior to the start of any SVGolf camp. No child will be allowed to attend the camp until the purchase is completed – no exceptions.

Cancellations / Transfers

• If a paid camp is cancelled by the buyer, SV Bucks will be issued that can be used toward a future camp or other preferred lesson type (private, group).
• If a buyer wishes to transfer to a different camp week, they must contact SV Golf at least 1 week prior to the start of the originally requested camp date. SVGolf will process the transfer, subject to availability of the newly requested camp date.
• SV Bucks issued for a camp can be transferred to another party pending prior approval from SVGolf. The transfer request must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the start of the originally selected camp start date.
• Sibling, multi-camp and minimum-based discounts depend on the camps in your order. If you cancel camps later, the remaining camps are re-priced without discounts they no longer qualify for.

Lunch

• Full day campers need lunch, and we would rather it were a good one. Three hours on the course in the afternoon takes more out of a kid than it looks like it does. A packed lunch with real food and a full water bottle is what carries them through it, and it is the option we recommend.
• Some camps also sell lunch from the course kitchen, which you prepay when you register. Where that is not offered, the camp says so on its dates and in your confirmation email, and your camper packs one.
• If you prepay and your camper brings their own lunch or is absent, tell staff at morning check-in. That day's lunch is credited to your account as SV Bucks. Prepaid lunch is not refunded to your card.
• After the kitchen's morning cutoff, the lunch has been ordered and can't be credited.
• Half day camps finish at noon, so no lunch is needed.

If SVGolf Cancels

• If SVGolf cancels a camp day because of weather, you receive SV Bucks for that day for each camper.
• If SVGolf cancels a camp for low enrollment, you'll be offered another location or week, SV Bucks, or a full refund.

Refunds / SV Bucks

• Refunds for Camp purchases are available if requested at least 30 days before the originally requested camp start date. If a request is made after this period, the purchaser will receive SV Bucks for a future camp or lesson type instead.
• For holiday camps (3 days or fewer), refunds are available if requested at least 14 days before the camp starts. After that, SV Bucks are issued.
• SV Bucks issued by SVGolf do not expire. They can be used toward other lesson types, including private or group lessons, clinics, Junior Academy, or any program offered by SVGolf.
• Prorated refunds will not be issued for partial attendance at a program session or missed days due to illness, dismissal, behavioral issues, or any other reason. Pro-rated SV Bucks will be considered for another camp or lesson type (private, group, junior lessons).
• Any non-refundable transaction fees paid by the Seller will be deducted from a refund issued to the Buyer.
