1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Website.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Website. By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Services Offered

SVGPC provides golf lessons and coaching services, including group packages and private instruction.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

We strive to find the right program, instructor, location, and schedule for our customers. Our purchase policy is as follows:

• Once all options have been attempted, refunds or partial refunds will be granted.
• Any lessons purchased from SVGPC never expire.
• Purchased lessons can be converted to other preferred lesson types upon request.
• Refund requests must be made within 12 months from the purchase date.
• Non-refundable transaction fees incurred by SVGPC will be deducted from any refunds issued to the Buyer.

5. Class & Lesson Cancellation Policy

Group classes and private or semi-private lessons may be cancelled through your account up until 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancelling within that window releases your lesson credit back to your account automatically.

• Within 24 hours of the start time, classes and lessons can no longer be cancelled online. By that point your instructor has planned the session around who is attending, and a spot given up this late cannot realistically be offered to anyone on the waitlist.
• To request a cancellation inside the 24-hour window, contact your instructor directly. Whether the lesson credit is returned to your account is at your instructor's discretion.
• A missed class or lesson that was not cancelled before the deadline is treated the same way: the lesson credit remains applied to that booking unless your instructor releases it.
• If SVGPC cancels a class or lesson for any reason, every lesson credit held against it is returned to your account in full.
• Joining or leaving a waitlist is not affected by this policy — a waitlist spot may be released at any time and the lesson credit it holds is returned immediately.
• Golf camps are governed separately by our Camp Purchase & Cancellation Policy.

6. Content Submission & Privacy Policy

By submitting any content to our Website, you grant SVGPC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content.

Prohibited Content:

• You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
